Finally, it is important to note that Ones to Watch players do not receive upgrades based on other promo cards. Therefore, if Tyler Adams gets some sort of wild 90+ card in April as part of some new promotion dubbed Factsmashers or something similar the case may be, his OTW won't be upgraded accordingly. (Sorry Tyler. If this makes you feel better, then you're in almost everyone's preorder OTW packs.)
The unusual market for transfers of last year's manner of operation meant that it was sometimes practical and affordable to add good promo players to your team even within a few days of them coming out. It could still be the case when it comes to FIFA 23, but for right now, the top Ones to Watch players are going cost you a massive cost buy FIFA 23 Coins. Because they've been given no updates at all which is why it's difficult to recommend spending any coins on them.
